Job Summary
Conduct low-acuity in-home care for infants, including feeding tube management and medication administration. Perform daily patient assessments and electronic documentation via tablet. Provide compassionate nursing support while maintaining a Monday-Friday night shift schedule from 7:00pm to 7:00am in Plainview, TX. Reliable transportation is required.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
