Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) in-home care for a patient, providing skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, in accordance with the care plan and physician orders. Schedule includes days, nights, and weekend shifts with full-time availability; location Pflugerville, TX. Responsibilities include documenting nursing actions, coordinating care, adherence to infection control, patient and family education, and maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice (LPN/LVN)
- Current CPR certification
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Must have reliable transportation
