Job Summary

Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in compliance with physician orders while continuously assessing patient conditions and reporting changes to the supervisor. Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, and care coordination in a timely manner using electronic tools, and participate in updating the nursing care plan. Implement appropriate nursing actions based on assessments to prevent or reduce risk, educate patients and families on disease processes and self-care techniques, and maintain infection control measures per OSHA standards. Accept personal and professional accountability by complying with Aveanna policies, state regulations, and the Nurse Practice Act. Provide care for pediatric patients with feeding tubes and medication administration under RN supervision, ensuring adherence to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries.

Required Qualifications

Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English
