Job Summary

Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, administering medications and managing feeding tubes under RN supervision. Continuously assess patient conditions, document all activities and care plans, and implement interventions to prevent or reduce risks. Educate families on disease processes and self-care techniques while maintaining strict confidentiality and infection control standards. Travel to various locations and reposition patients independently.

Required Qualifications

Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English

Must be able to lift 50 pounds
