Job Summary
Licensed Practical/Nurse LVN for in-home care with Aveanna in New Braunfels, TX. Full-time or part-time schedule with days and nights available; responsibilities include delivering and coordinating skilled nursing care per care plan, documentation, and patient/family education in pediatric home care settings; requires active nursing license, CPR, TB test, and ability to travel to patients' homes.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- TB skin test (within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
Additional Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to travel
- English language proficiency required
