Job Summary

Deliver and document skilled nursing care for low-acuity home patients, including feeding tube management, medication administration, and non-invasive ventilation support. Continuously assess patient conditions, report changes to the supervising RN, and implement updated care plans while adhering to infection control and OSHA standards. Educate patients and families on disease processes and self-care techniques. Maintain personal accountability by complying with state regulations and Aveanna policies. Requires an active LPN/LVN license, current CPR certification, and reliable transportation. Full-time or part-time availability with flexible day and evening shifts.

Required Qualifications

Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English
Must be able to travel
Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Must be able to sit and climb stairs
Must have visual and hearing acuity
