Job Summary

Deliver and coordinate quality patient care for pediatric clients in home settings, including feeding tube and medication administration under RN supervision. Continuously assess patient conditions, document all activities and nursing actions in electronic systems, and update care plans based on physician orders. Recognize changes in patient needs requiring intervention and educate families on disease processes and self-care techniques. Maintain infection control measures and comply with state regulations and professional boundaries. Requires active LPN/LVN license, CPR certification, and reliable transportation. Full-time or part-time availability Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM in Del Valle, TX.

Required Qualifications

Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English
Must be able to travel
Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Must be able to sit and climb stairs
Must have visual and hearing acuity
Must have strong sense of smell and touch
