Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) in Home Healthcare needed for low-acuity patient care in Paige, TX. Provide and document skilled nursing care under RN supervision in accordance with the care plan and physician orders. Responsibilities include observing and assessing patient condition, updating and coordinating the nursing care plan, documenting activities and interventions in a timely manner, educating patient and family on disease process and self-care, adhering to infection control standards, and ensuring confidentiality and professional boundaries. Eligible candidates should have an active state license, CPR certification, ability to travel to patient homes, and be able to work full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules with day, evening, or weekend shifts as needed. Required Qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- CPR certification
- TB test within 12 months
- Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred
