Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes in Lubbock, TX, focusing on low-acuity tasks including feeding tube management and medication administration. Deliver compassionate homecare to children and adults while utilizing tablet-based electronic documentation for daily patient updates. Maintain an active LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification, with hands-on experience preferred but not required. Work Monday through Friday shifts from 8:00am to 6:00pm, with occasional Saturdays, as part of a national leader in private duty nursing.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
