Job Summary
Provide high-acuity home healthcare to adolescents with feeding tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators during night shifts (8pm-8am). Manage electronic documentation via patient tablets and coordinate with operators for 24/7 local support. Maintain an active LPN/LVN license, current CPR certification, and a TB skin test within the last 12 months. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)

- Reliable transportation
