Job Summary
Provide high-acuity in-home nursing care for children with feeding tubes, trach, and ventilators in Hemphill, TX. Perform daily patient assessments, manage complex care plans, and ensure safe feeding tube and airway management. Utilize the company tablet for electronic documentation and maintain active LPN/LVN licensure with current CPR and TB testing. Work full-time or part-time shifts from 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am, including weekends, with reliable transportation required. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
