Job Summary
In Home Healthcare LVN with a SIGN ON BONUS available. Provides in-home nursing care to adults (Acuity includes feeding tube, tracheostomy, ventilator and med administration; training available). Flexible scheduling with days, nights, weekends; position supports part-time, full-time, or PRN in Gretna, LA. Responsibilities include clinical care and documentation using electronic systems; medication administration; adapting to patient’s acuity with a focus on compassionate homecare. Requires active LPN/LVN license, CPR certification, TB test, and reliable transportation; opportunities for skill advancement and paid training. Required Qualifications
- Must have active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Compact licenses must be transferred to home state within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (hands-on component)
- TB skin test (within last 12 months)
- Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred
- Must have reliable transportation
