Job Summary
Deliver high-acuity in-home nursing care to adults with complex needs, including feeding tube management, tracheostomy care, ventilator support, and medication administration. Maintain electronic documentation via tablet and ensure patient safety through strict adherence to clinical protocols. Work Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm in Abilene, TX, while utilizing company-provided training to advance clinical skills. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
