Job Summary
Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) needed for in-home healthcare with Aveanna. Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, collaborate with clinicians to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes, and ensure documentation via a tablet-based electronic system. Roles offer flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, or PRN) including days, nights, and weekends, with opportunities for skill advancement and paid training. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Must have reliable transportation
