Job Summary
Deliver high-acuity in-home care to children and adults with compassionate, empathetic clinical support. Provide direct patient care, administer medications, and assist with activities of daily living while ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes. Utilize the provided tablet for electronic documentation and maintain strict compliance with all health-related requirements, including vaccinations and testing. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts across Arlington and surrounding areas.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
