Job Summary
Deliver high-acuity in-home nursing care to children and adults, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through compassionate, empathetic service. Maintain active, unencumbered LPN/LVN licensure in your state of residence and provide current CPR certification with hands-on components. Complete TB skin testing within the last 12 months and utilize the provided tablet for electronic documentation of patient care. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts including days, nights, and weekends with reliable transportation. Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
