Job Summary
Provide high-acuity adult home healthcare in Keller, TX, managing patients with feeding tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, and medication administration across Arlington and surrounding areas. Deliver compassionate care on nights shifts (9:00pm-9:00am) with 2-4 weekly shifts, utilizing company tablets for electronic documentation. Maintain an active LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification, with TB testing and reliable transportation required. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice

- Must have reliable transportation
