Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse/LVN needed for in-home care with a private-duty nursing provider. Provide skilled nursing care and documentation under supervision, including feeding tube management and medication administration. Schedule options include full-time, part-time, or PRN with days/nights/weekend shifts; available days are Monday-Thursday from 7am-7pm at locations in Dilley, TX. Must hold an active LPN/LVN license, CPR certification, and be able to travel to patients' homes. Responsibilities include delivering and coordinating care per the care plan, observing patient condition, documenting activities, updating nursing care plans, and ensuring infection control and OSHA standards are followed. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Must have reliable transportation
