Job Summary
Provide direct clinical care to children in home settings, including feeding tube management and medication administration. Utilize tablets for electronic documentation while maintaining patient records. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on training. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
