Job Summary
Provide high-acuity in-home nursing care for pediatric patients, managing feeding tubes, medication administration, tracheostomy care, and ventilator support. Perform electronic documentation via tablet and maintain a current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license with valid CPR certification. Complete a TB skin test within the last 12 months and ensure reliable transportation for daily shifts. Work 12-hour day or night rotations in Seminole, TX, with flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN availability.
