Job Summary

Deliver and document skilled nursing care for infants in home settings, administering feeding tubes and medications under RN supervision while adhering to physician orders and infection control protocols. Continuously assess patient conditions, report changes to the supervisor or physician, and implement updated care plans to achieve expected outcomes. Educate families on disease processes and self-care techniques, maintaining strict confidentiality and professional boundaries throughout all interactions.

Required Qualifications

Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English
Must be able to travel
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
