Job Summary
Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) needed for in-home healthcare assignments in Port Allen, LA. Provides patient care in homes with adult and teen patients; acuity includes feeding tube (G-tube) care. Requires active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state, CPR certification, and TB skin testing. Six months of hands-on nursing experience is preferred. Responsibilities include delivering nursing care in patients' homes, documenting via the Aveanna tablet, and coordinating care with the team. Flexible scheduling available (full-time, part-time, or PRN) with evening, night, and weekend shifts; reliable transportation is required. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- CPR certification (hands-on component)
- TB skin test (within last 12 months)

- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
