Job Summary
Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) needed for in-home healthcare assignments in Lafayette, LA and Scott, LA. Schedule includes Monday–Friday with night shifts (7p–7a) and flexible options including full-time, part-time, or PRN. Duties include providing patient-centered in-home nursing care for feeding tubes (gtube), tracheostomy, and ventilation support, documenting care electronically via a company tablet, ensuring patient safety, administering medications, and collaborating with clinicians. Requirements include an active LPN/LVN license in the practice state, CPR certification, TB skin test within the last year, and reliable transportation. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
