Job Summary
Provide in-home LPN/LVN nursing care to pediatric to adult patients in Port Allen, LA, including patients with feeding tubes, tracheostomy, and vents. Duties include delivering patient-centered clinical care in patients’ homes, maintaining electronic documentation via a tablet, ensuring safe and effective care, and supporting care coordination with clinicians. Flexible scheduling available (days, nights, weekends) with opportunities for skill advancement and paid training. Requires active LPN/LVN license, CPR certification, TB test, and reliable transportation. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Compact licenses must be transferred to state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (hands-on component)
- TB skin test (within last 12 months)
- Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Must have reliable transportation
