Conduct 45-minute in-home health evaluations, including medication reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic tests like spirometry and diabetic eye exams. Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow to provide comprehensive, personalized care while engaging patients in their own homes. Perform virtual visits as needed and travel locally within licensed states to fulfill specified role requirements. Work part-time with 12 weekly hours, earning an hourly base rate plus visit incentives. Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted medical license and be comfortable visiting diverse home environments.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- MDs and DOs
- Able to cover the following primary locations: Wise, VA
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
