Job Summary
Conduct 45-minute in-home health evaluations for patients, including medication reviews, physical assessments, and diagnostic tests like spirometry or diabetic eye exams. Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow to deliver preventive services while adhering to safety protocols in diverse home environments. Perform virtual visits as needed and maintain flexibility to travel locally within licensed states. Work part-time with anticipated weekly hours of 12, earning a per-visit base rate plus incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Able to cover the following primary locations: Wenatchee and surrounding area
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke, and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
