Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations lasting approximately 45 minutes, including medication and medical history reviews, physical assessments, and diagnostic tests like spirometry or diabetic eye exams when ordered. Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow to provide diagnostic and preventive services to patients in their private residences. Perform virtual visits as needed and maintain flexibility to travel locally within licensed states. Work part-time with an anticipated weekly schedule of 12 hours at a base rate of $125.00, with additional incentives applicable per visit completed.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s) OLYMPIA THURSTON
- Must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
- Must be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
