Conduct 45-minute in-home health evaluations, including medication reviews, physical assessments, and diagnostic tests like spirometry or diabetic eye exams, using an iPad-based clinical workflow. Engage one-on-one with patients in their private residences to review medical history and answer health questions, while remaining flexible for local travel across licensed states and virtual visits as needed. Perform all specified Diagnostic and Preventive services without prescribing medication or altering treatment regimens. Maintain active, unrestricted medical licenses in the coverage area and work part-time hours of approximately 29.5 weekly. Candidates must be comfortable performing duties in diverse home environments that may include pets, secondhand smoke, or airborne allergens.
