Conduct 45-minute in-home health evaluations, including medication reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic tests like spirometry and diabetic eye exams. Utilize an iPad-based clinical workflow to perform services such as bone density screening while adhering to a 40-hour weekly schedule. Travel up to 100% across defined coverage areas, which may involve overnight stays, car rentals, or flights, while maintaining active multi-state licenses. Perform duties in diverse home environments that may contain pets or allergens, focusing on one-on-one patient engagement without prescribing medication or altering existing treatment regimens.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area, as required
- Holding multiple state licenses
- Must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states
- Must be able to travel up to 100% of the time
- Must be able to handle overnight hotel stays, car rentals and/or flights
