Job Summary
In-Home Health Clinician (NP or PA) for part-time role in Wilmar, MN. Conduct in-home health evaluations (approximately 45 minutes) including medication and medical history review and physical evaluation; may include additional diagnostic tests if ordered by the health plan. Use an iPad and clinical workflow; not required to prescribe medicines, order labs, or alter current treatment. Travel locally to member homes and conduct virtual visits as needed; primary workspace is the member's residence. Part-time position with benefits eligibility; competitive pay range and benefits outlined.
