Job Summary
Part-time clinician role providing In-Home Health Evaluations for Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Clinicians visit patients in their homes (average visit ~45 minutes) to conduct medication and medical history reviews, physical evaluations, and, if ordered by the health plan, additional diagnostic tests. Use of an iPad and a clinical workflow; no prescribing or altering current treatment. Flexible travel to local licensed states; virtual visits as needed. Primary workplace is members' homes; environments may include pets or allergens. Active, unrestricted NP/PA licenses with board certification required; multi-state licenses preferred.
