Job Summary
Provide in-home health evaluations as a part-time clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) delivering 45-minute visits to members in their homes, including medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and optional diagnostic tests; collaborate with a national network of clinicians to connect members with the right care, travel locally within licensed states (Wilmar and surrounding areas), and perform virtual visits as needed using an iPad and clinical workflow; must hold active NP/PA license with board certification and, preferably, multi-state licenses; clinically focused role with emphasis on preventive and diagnostic services without prescribing or altering patients’ current treatment plans.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Board certification (required)
- Multi-state licenses (preferred)
- Able to cover Wilmar and surrounding locations
- Part-time availability
- NP or PA credential
- Clinical experience in in-home or outpatient settings (preferred)
- Ability to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
- Proficient with iPad and clinical workflow tools
- Ability to conduct virtual visits as needed
