Job Summary
Provide in-home health evaluations as a Part Time Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) visiting patients in their homes. Each visit lasts about 45 minutes and includes medication and medical history review, a physical evaluation, and, if ordered by the health plan, additional diagnostic tests (e.g., spirometry, diabetic eye exams, bone density screening). Use an iPad and a clinical workflow; not required to prescribe medications, order labs, or alter treatment. Travel locally to member homes and conduct virtual visits as needed. Primary workplace is the member’s residence; environment may include pets or allergens. Anticipated weekly hours: 40. Primary locations: Wilmar and surrounding areas. Board certification and active unrestricted licenses required; multi-state licenses preferred.
