In-Home Health - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Part Time) - Wenatchee, WA

Part-time Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to perform In-Home Health Evaluations, delivering care in patients' homes and bridging gaps in care. Visit duration ~45 minutes, include medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and, if ordered by the health plan, additional diagnostic tests (e.g., spirometry, diabetic eye exams). Use an iPad and clinical workflow; not required to prescribe medicines, order labs, or alter current treatment. Travel locally within licensed states as needed; some virtual visits may be conducted. Primary workplace is the private residence of health plan members; environments may include pets or secondhand smoke.
