Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations lasting approximately 45 minutes, including medication and medical history reviews, physical assessments, and diagnostic tests like spirometry or diabetic eye exams when ordered. Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow to connect one-on-one with patients, answer health questions, and provide education without prescribing medication or altering treatment regimens. Perform virtual visits as needed and travel locally within licensed states to serve members in Saint Cloud and the surrounding area. Work part-time with an anticipated weekly commitment of 40 hours. Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted license in the coverage area and board certification.
