Job Summary
In-Home Health Evaluations for Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Part-Time) in Colorado. Conduct 45-minute home visits including medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and optional diagnostic tests (e.g., spirometry, DEE, bone density screening) as ordered by the patient’s health plan. Use an iPad and a clinical workflow; not required to prescribe medications, order labs, or alter current treatment. Travel locally to patients' homes across listed Colorado locations; clinical duties performed in patients’ homes with remote/virtual visits as needed. Requires active NP or PA license with board certification; multi-state licenses preferred. Part-time benefits available; competitive pay range $41.85–$90.13/hour equivalent, with actual offers determined by experience, education, geography, and other factors.
