Part-time Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) providing In-Home Health Evaluations for health plans. Conduct 45-minute visits with medication/medical history review, physical evaluation, and selective diagnostic testing when ordered. Use an iPad and follow a clinical workflow; not required to prescribe medications or alter current treatment. Travel locally and within licensed states; virtual visits allowed. Primary workplace is the patient’s home; environments may include pets or secondhand smoke. Required Qualifications
