Job Summary
Conduct In-Home Health Evaluations lasting approximately 45 minutes, including medication and medical history reviews, physical evaluations, and ordered diagnostic tests such as diabetic eye exams or spirometry. Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow for each visit while engaging one-on-one with patients in their private residences. Perform virtual visits as needed and travel locally within licensed states to cover Herkimer/Utica, NY and surrounding areas. Work part-time with an anticipated schedule of 29.5 weekly hours. Maintain active, unrestricted, and board-certified licensure in the coverage area.
