Job Summary
Provide in-home health evaluations for health plans across Washington counties as a clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant). Travel up to 100% of the time to member homes, including potential overnight stays, with visits typically around 45 minutes to review medical history, perform physical evaluations, and, when ordered by the member’s health plan, conduct additional diagnostic tests (e.g., spirometry, bone density screening). Utilize an iPad and a clinical workflow; can conduct virtual visits as needed. Must hold an active, unrestricted license and board certification, and be capable of obtaining/maintaining multi-state licenses as required. Full-time role with comprehensive benefits; flexible travel within WA and potential broader coverage area; primary workplace is the member’s home, with environments that may include pets and household conditions. Includes travel logistics such as hotels, car rentals, or flights as dictated by coverage area.
