Job Summary
Conduct 45-minute in-home health evaluations, including medication and medical history reviews, physical assessments, and diagnostic tests like spirometry and diabetic eye exams. Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow to connect one-on-one with patients, answer health questions, and provide education without prescribing medicine or altering treatment regimens. Perform virtual visits as needed while traveling locally within licensed states. Work in diverse private residences that may contain pets, smoke, or allergens. Cover St. Cloud and surrounding areas with a 40-hour weekly schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Board certification
- Able to cover the following primary locations: St. Cloud and surrounding area
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
