Job Summary
In-Home Health Clinician (NP or PA) for Signify Health, performing ~45-minute in-home visits to assess health status, review medications and medical history, conduct physical evaluations, and potentially order diagnostic tests as indicated by the health plan. Use of an iPad and clinical workflow; not required to prescribe medications or alter current treatment. Travel locally within licensed states; 40-hour full-time schedule; benefits including health/dental/vision, PTO, 401K, CEU allowance, and malpractice coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s) Snohomish
- Board certification (NP or PA)
