In-Home Health - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Full Time) - Seattle/ King, WA

Conduct in-home health evaluations lasting approximately 45 minutes, including medication and medical history reviews, physical examinations, and additional diagnostic tests such as diabetic eye exams or spirometry when ordered. Utilize an iPad and intuitive clinical workflow to perform these assessments while engaging one-on-one with patients in their private residences. Fulfill specified services including preventive screenings and answer health questions without prescribing medicine, ordering lab tests, or altering treatment regimens. Travel locally and within licensed states as needed, with flexibility for virtual visits.
