Job Summary
Provide in-home health evaluations for health plan members as a Full-time NP or PA. Conduct a 45-minute visits including medication/medical history review, physical evaluation, and, if ordered by the health plan, additional diagnostic tests (e.g., spirometry). Use an iPad-based clinical workflow; not required to prescribe medicines or alter current treatment. Travel locally within licensed states to member homes; primary workplace is the member's residence. Role supports virtual visits as needed and offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees. Primary location: Brooklyn, NY (Kings County).
