Job Summary
In-Home Health Evaluations by a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide personalized, at-home clinical assessments for health plan members in the Cambridge, MA area. The clinician will conduct physical evaluations, medication and medical history reviews, and may include additional diagnostics (e.g., spirometry, diabetic eye exams) as ordered by the health plan. Flexible to travel locally; primary workplace is the member’s home. Use an iPad and a streamlined clinical workflow; not required to prescribe medications, order labs, or change current treatment plans. Eligible for full-time benefits including health/dental/vision, PTO, 401K, CEU allowance, malpractice coverage. Requires active, unrestricted licensure in the coverage area with board certification; multi-state licenses are preferred. Position is full-time with anticipated weekly hours around 40 and located in Cambridge and surrounding area.
