Job Summary
In-Home Health NP/PA Part Time in the Greater Boston Area. Clinician will perform in-home health evaluations for members, including history review, physical examination, and any ordered diagnostic tests, using an iPad workflow. Travel to members’ homes is required; the role emphasizes patient education and connecting individuals with appropriate care while maintaining flexibility to visit homes and conduct virtual visits as needed. Experience or certification in home-based care and ability to work across licensed states is preferred.
