Job Summary
In-Home Health NP/PA needed for Part-Time visits in Tioga and Tompkins Counties/Binghamton, NY to conduct in-home health evaluations. Responsibilities include 45-minute home visits with medication/history review, physical evaluation, and optional diagnostic testing as ordered by health plan. Use an iPad with an established clinical workflow; no prescribing, labs, or treatment changes required during visits. Travel locally within licensed states, with occasional virtual visits. Provide Diagnostic & Preventive Services (e.g., spirometry, bone density screening) as indicated. Primary workplaces are members’ homes; environments may include pets or allergens. Competitive pay range $41.85-$99.14 per hour, with added reimbursement opportunities for certain services. Qualified candidates have active/unrestricted NP/PA licenses, board certification, and ability to cover Binghamton, NY area.
