Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations lasting approximately 45 minutes, including medication and medical history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests like spirometry or diabetic eye exams. Use an iPad and clinical workflow to perform services such as bone density screening while reviewing patient health plans. Perform virtual visits as needed and maintain flexibility to travel locally within licensed states. Work in diverse home environments that may contain pets, secondhand smoke, or airborne allergens. Engage one-on-one with patients to answer health questions and guide them toward better self-care without prescribing medicine or altering existing treatment regimens.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Board certification (required)
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
