Job Summary

Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow to provide comprehensive, personalized health services directly to patients in their homes. Perform virtual visits as needed and travel locally within licensed states to cover Wenatchee and surrounding areas. Fulfill all Signify Health service requirements for Diagnostic and Preventive products while maintaining patient education and listening to unique community needs.
