Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations lasting approximately 45 minutes, including medication and medical history reviews, physical assessments, and diagnostic tests such as spirometry or diabetic eye exams. Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow to connect one-on-one with patients, answer health questions, and provide education without prescribing medicine or altering treatment regimens. Perform virtual visits as needed and travel locally within licensed states to cover Grand Junction MSA counties. Work full-time hours with a weekly schedule of 40 hours, eligible for reimbursement on additional diagnostic and preventive services ordered.
