Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) in Home Health caring for pediatric patient with feeding tube and medical administration needs; provide skilled nursing care per care plan, document care and assessments, coordinate with supervisor/physician, and educate patient/family on disease process and self-care; schedule Monday–Friday 8AM–4PM with full-time availability and flexibility for days, nights, weekends; requires active RN license, CPR, TB test, and state-specific requirements; must be able to travel to patient homes and lift up to 50 pounds; environment includes exposure to home environments and potential infectious risks.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted RN license in state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- TB skin test (within last 12 months)
- Compact licenses must be transferred to state of residence within 90 days
- Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
- Six months pediatric experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel
- English proficiency
